See the vehicle prices on our Athens Airport to city transfer page. A starting fare is not the price of every vehicle: your passenger count, luggage and destination matter. Request confirmation of the total and inclusions for your trip before travelling.

Choose by the day you want: compare Delphi for an archaeological visit, an Argolid itinerary for several stops, Cape Sounio for a shorter coastal excursion, or Meteora for a longer journey. Our private tours pages list the available products. Check the actual stops, duration and inclusions of the tour you select.

A Delphi outing includes substantial driving as well as time at the destination. Check the duration and stops of your selected Delphi tour, then confirm your departure address, return needs and whether tickets or a guide are included. Road conditions and time spent at each stop affect the day.

TransferHub lists a Meteora day trip, but it is a long return journey from Athens. Review its itinerary and confirm the departure, monastery visits and return time before requesting it. If the travel time does not suit your group, ask about a different itinerary through Custom Order.

Our transfer list includes Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio routes. Choose the correct direction and share the port, vessel, sailing date and time. A ferry gate, cruise terminal and port hotel are different destinations; use the specific meeting instructions in your confirmation.

Select the Piraeus to Athens Airport transfer. Include your ship details, arrival date and flight departure time. Allow for disembarkation, luggage collection, road traffic and your airline’s check-in deadline; confirm the pickup plan before relying on a connection.

Choose the Athens Airport to Piraeus transfer and provide your flight and vessel details. Confirm whether your destination is a ferry gate, cruise terminal or hotel. Flight arrival is not the same as leaving the terminal, so include baggage and border-control time when checking the connection.

A rank taxi is arranged at the airport taxi rank; a prebooked private transfer is arranged in advance for a specified journey. Compare the fare basis, vehicle size, luggage arrangements and meeting process. For TransferHub, review your selected route and obtain confirmation of the trip and any requested extras.

TransferHub offers pre-arranged private transfers through its route pages and trip-request forms. Select the journey you need and review the confirmed vehicle, meeting details and total price. Submitting a request is not itself confirmation that a vehicle has been reserved.

Reservation

Choose a transfer or tour, enter the requested trip details and send the form. Review the response and confirmation before treating the journey as booked. For a route or itinerary not listed, use Custom Order.

Send your request as early as you can, especially for larger vehicles, special equipment or busy travel dates. Availability must be confirmed for your actual journey. A last-minute request or form submission does not guarantee a vehicle; contact us before relying on it.

Follow the airport meeting instructions supplied with your confirmed transfer. Check the terminal or exit reference and contact details before travelling. If you need help finding the meeting point, contact TransferHub using the details in your confirmation.

We track your flight using the flight number you provide. Airport transfers include up to two hours of free waiting. Check when the waiting period starts in your confirmation, follow the meeting instructions, and let us know promptly about a cancellation, diversion or other change to your plans.

Include the full accommodation address in your request. Confirm the pickup or drop-off point, particularly on pedestrian streets or where vehicle access is restricted. A one-way transfer does not include a return journey unless that has also been arranged.

For a multi-day itinerary, send your dates, destinations, passenger count and luggage needs through Custom Order. Ask for a written outline of the journeys, vehicle arrangement, price and inclusions before confirming.

Payments and cancellations

You can pay by card online, or pay the driver in cash or by card. Follow the payment instructions in your confirmation for the amount due and any deposit or balance deadline. Contact us before booking if you need a particular payment arrangement.

Review the total price and inclusions in your confirmation. Starting prices depend on the selected vehicle and journey. If you change the route, stops, timing, passenger count or luggage, contact us to check the updated arrangement and price.

Under our cancellation policy, cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup has no cancellation charge. A refund-processing fee charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund. Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup is charged in full. Contact us promptly and check the terms in your confirmation.

Send the requested change as soon as possible and wait for confirmation. A different pickup time, address, route or stop can affect availability and price. Keep the original confirmed details unless TransferHub confirms the replacement arrangement.

Check what your confirmed quote includes, such as waiting time, tolls, parking, child seats, extra stops or unusual luggage. For tours, also check tickets, meals and guide services. Ask for clarification before confirming if an inclusion or charge is unclear.

Services

Compare the vehicle options on the selected route and our fleet page. Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are different limits. Include the number of adults and children, suitcases and oversized items so the vehicle’s suitability can be confirmed.

Child and booster seats are available free of charge on request. Tell us each child’s age and relevant size information when requesting the transfer so we can confirm the suitable seat for your journey.

There is no separate luggage surcharge. Luggage space depends on the vehicle and passenger count, so tell us how many cases you have and their approximate size. Mention pushchairs, wheelchairs or other oversized items in advance so we can confirm a suitable vehicle.

Tell us your preferred language when requesting the journey. Our team can confirm the language arrangement available for your trip before you book.

Check the inclusions of the exact tour you choose. A driver and a sightseeing guide are different roles. If you want a guided visit inside a museum or archaeological site, ask whether an appropriate guide is included or can be arranged and confirm the charge before booking.

If Wi-Fi is important for your journey, request confirmation for the vehicle you will use. Also keep your pickup instructions and contact details available offline so your meeting plan does not depend on a connection.

Our transfers use licensed drivers and vehicles. If you need specific licensing documentation or have questions about the vehicle arranged for your journey, please contact TransferHub before booking.

Destinations and day trips

Compare the total return journey with the time you want at the destination. Cape Sounio and Corinth involve different travel commitments from Delphi or Meteora. Review the individual itinerary rather than treating distance alone as a promise of visiting time.

Start with your interests and available hours. Compare the listed private tours for archaeological sites, coastal scenery or a multi-stop day. Check the return time against evening plans, and choose an itinerary that leaves enough time to enjoy its stops.

Some listed itineraries combine destinations, including Argolid stops or Delphi and Arachova. Check the actual stops in your selected product. Adding a place can reduce time elsewhere and may change the duration or price; request confirmation of any customised itinerary.

The private tours list includes Peloponnese itineraries. Compare the stops and total duration rather than assuming every tour visits Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio. A one-way Nafplio transfer is a separate service from a return sightseeing day.

A return visit to Thessaloniki from Athens involves substantial travel. For staying in the city, consider the listed one-way transfer. If you want a sightseeing itinerary with an overnight stay, describe your plans through Custom Order and confirm the practical schedule.

TransferHub’s tour list is presented as private tours. Check the party size, vehicle and itinerary in the confirmation for the tour you select. Private transport does not automatically mean unlimited stops or unrestricted changes to the day.

Choose dates around the activities you want and check current opening hours and weather before travel. Heat, daylight, seasonal closures and mountain conditions can affect an itinerary. Confirm the planned stops and any changes close to departure.
