Athens Airport to a central Athens hotel is a fixed price per vehicle for 1 to 4 passengers, quoted before you book. Unlike a metered taxi it does not change with traffic, luggage or the time of day, and tolls and fuel are already included. Larger vehicles for up to 14 passengers are quoted per route.
The most booked are Delphi (181 km, 8 to 9 hours), the Argolid circuit of Mycenae, Epidaurus and Nafplio (8 to 9 hours), Ancient Corinth as a half day (5 to 6 hours), Cape Sounio for the sunset (5 hours) and Meteora (12 to 14 hours). All twelve destinations are listed on our Destinations page with drive times and what there is to see.
Delphi is 181 km from Athens, roughly two and a half hours each way. Allow 8 to 9 hours door to door, which covers the drive, the Sacred Way, the Temple of Apollo and the museum with the bronze Charioteer, without rushing you through any of it.
Yes, though it is a long day. Meteora is 355 km from Athens, so a return trip with real time at the monasteries runs 12 to 14 hours. It is entirely doable with an early start and your own driver, but if you would rather not spend that long on the road, ask us about doing it as an overnight instead.
All three. Piraeus transfers start from 5 euro per adult and Rafina routes from 10 euro per adult, with Lavrio priced per route. Tell us your ferry or cruise time when you book and we will set the pick-up so you reach the gate with time to spare.
No. Every journey is a private car booked in advance with a named driver who is there when you arrive, at a price agreed beforehand. There is no meter, no queue and no surcharge for luggage, late arrivals or public holidays.
Reservation
Send us your route, date, time and number of passengers through the booking form or the Custom Order page. We come back with a fixed price and a written confirmation. There is no account to create and nothing is charged through the website.
Booking at least 24 hours ahead lets us guarantee the right vehicle for your group, and it is the safest option in high season. Same-day and last-minute requests are often possible too, so it is always worth asking. Message us and we will tell you straight away what we have free.
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, so you walk straight out to the car once you have your bags. The exact meeting point and your driver's mobile number are sent to you with your confirmation, before you travel.
We track your flight number, so your driver knows about a delay before you do and the pick-up simply moves with the aircraft. A delay outside your control is not something we penalise you for. If a cancellation or diversion changes your plans altogether, message us and we will rearrange the booking.
Yes. Every transfer and tour is door to door. We collect you from your hotel, apartment or any address in Athens and bring you back to the same place at the end of the day.
Yes. Multi-day trips around Greece with the same car and the same driver are arranged on request. Tell us your dates, the places on your list and how many of you there are through the Custom Order page, and we will put together a route and a price.
Payments and cancellations
Payment is arranged with you when we confirm the booking, and we will fit in with whatever is easiest at your end. Nothing is taken through the website itself, and nothing is charged before your booking is confirmed in writing.
It is fixed. The figure we quote is the figure you pay. Point-to-point transfers are priced per vehicle for 1 to 4 passengers; tours are priced per adult. Traffic, a longer route or a delayed flight do not change it.
Yes. Our private tours are offered with free cancellation. Because a car and a driver are held for you on the day, please let us know as early as you can. The notice period that applies to your particular booking is set out in the confirmation we send you.
Usually, yes. Moving a pick-up time, changing the pick-up address or adjusting the stops on a tour is normally fine with reasonable notice. Message us with what you would like to change and we will confirm whether the day allows it.
The price covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and tolls. Anything beyond that, such as site entrance tickets, meals, or a state-licensed guide inside an archaeological site, is quoted to you separately before you book. Nothing is added afterwards.
Services
Point-to-point transfers are priced per vehicle for 1 to 4 passengers. Our tour vehicles take up to 14. If your group is larger, or you are travelling with a lot of luggage, tell us the numbers and we will send the right vehicle or a second car.
Yes. Child and booster seats are available, and Greek law requires an appropriate seat for younger children. Tell us each child's age and height when you book so the right seat is fitted in the car before your driver sets off.
Tell us how many cases you have when you book and we will send a vehicle that takes them comfortably rather than one you have to squeeze into. Oversized items such as skis, golf clubs, bicycles or a wheelchair are not a problem, but do mention them in advance.
Yes. Bookings are handled in English from start to finish and your driver will speak it. Other languages can often be arranged if you ask when booking.
Your driver knows the routes and the sites and will tell you about them as you go. In Greece only state-licensed guides may guide inside archaeological sites, so if you would like a guide with you at Delphi, Mycenae or Olympia we will arrange a licensed one and quote the fee before you book.
Yes, free Wi-Fi on board, on transfers and on tours.
Yes. Every vehicle is fully insured and air-conditioned, serviced on schedule, and driven by a licensed professional driver.
