We greet you & treat you
For airport pick up, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name on it to spot him upon arrival. For port pick up, our driver will be waiting for you at the gate, just as you disembark, holding a sign with your name on it to spot him upon arrival. In the case of a hotel, he will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. In the case of an apartment, he will be waiting for you at the entrance of the building.

Choose a vehicle for the whole travelling party
Count passengers and luggage separately before selecting a category. Give the number of adults and children, large suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items. Describe folding strollers, sports equipment or practical boarding requirements before the vehicle is confirmed.
- List each bag type; add approximate dimensions for unusually large or rigid items.
- Include requested child seats and the children’s ages in the enquiry.
- Explain the actual boarding or access arrangement needed; a category label does not establish accessibility.
- Ask the team to confirm a suitable vehicle for the full combination.
- Tell the team if passengers, bags or pickup arrangements change before travel.
Published passenger maxima describe seating. They do not establish how many suitcases fit alongside your party. The luggage charging policy does not mean unlimited capacity, and a generic vehicle photograph is not a capacity example.
