Yes. It is a working monastery, so knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women; a light scarf or wrap is enough. Delphi has no dress code.
Allow 9 to 10 hours door to door with a 08:00 pick-up: about an hour at Hosios Loukas, two and a quarter hours at Delphi and the museum, lunch, and a return to Athens around 17:30.
Your driver-guide speaks English, Greek and French and briefs you on both places on the way. Drivers are not licensed to guide inside archaeological sites, so if you want a state-licensed guide for Delphi, ask when booking and we will arrange one at an extra charge. Entrance tickets are not included.
