Seats are not the same as luggage space. Tell us how many suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items you are bringing, and the ages of any children who need a seat, so we can confirm a vehicle that fits the whole party. Lavrio sits on the south-east coast of Attica, close to Cape Sounio. It is a smaller, quieter port than Piraeus, but the drive is longer than to Rafina, so build it into your plan when you compare sailings.

How the airport pickup works

1. Book with your flight number, landing date and time, and your ferry details: company, ship name and sailing time.
2. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your actual landing time rather than the timetable.
3. After any passport control and baggage reclaim, your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it.
4. Airport transfers include up to two hours of free waiting. Your confirmation explains when the waiting time starts.
5. The driver helps with your luggage, walks you to the car and drives you directly to the ferry quay at Lavrio or your hotel in Lavrio.

Before you travel: what to tell us

Give us the ferry company, ship name, sailing date and departure time, plus the number of passengers and bags. Coming back from Kea or Kythnos with a flight to catch? How much time to leave between landing and sailing

Work backwards from your ferry operator’s boarding deadline, not the departure time. Add the drive (approx. 40 to 55 minutes) and a margin for traffic. On the airport side, allow for leaving the aircraft, any passport control, baggage reclaim and walking to the meeting point: a scheduled landing time is not the moment you are ready to leave.

Flight tracking and free waiting help us collect you when your flight is late, but they cannot guarantee a ferry connection, and we cannot change a ferry operator’s boarding rules.
