How the airport pickup works
- Book with your flight number, landing date and time, the full destination address or your ferry details, and the number of passengers and bags.
- We track your flight, so the pickup follows your actual landing time rather than the timetable.
- After any passport control and baggage reclaim, your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it.
- Airport transfers include up to two hours of free waiting. Your confirmation explains when the waiting time starts.
- Your driver helps with your luggage, walks you to the car and takes you directly to your hotel, apartment, ferry gate or cruise terminal.
Leaving Athens? For a journey to the airport, give us your pickup address and your departure flight number and time, and agree the collection time with our team. The return journey has its own pickup point and timing; do not simply reverse your arrival plan.

Choose the right vehicle
Each route is offered in three vehicle sizes: a sedan for up to 4 passengers, a minivan for up to 8 and a minibus for up to 14. These numbers describe seats, not luggage space, so count suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and bulky items separately and tell us when you book. We will confirm a vehicle that fits the whole party. Choose the correct destination
For accommodation, give the complete address and entrance. For a ferry connection, identify Piraeus, Rafina or Lavrio by name and include the vessel and boarding deadline. A scheduled landing time does not include collecting bags or reaching the meeting point.
What to confirm before travel

Where will my driver meet me at Athens Airport?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation, and use the contact details in it if you cannot find your driver.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the flight number you give us, and airport transfers include up to two hours of free waiting. Your confirmation explains when the waiting time starts.
Are there extra charges for luggage or night arrivals?
There is no luggage, night or holiday surcharge. Tell us how many bags you are bringing so we can confirm a vehicle with enough space for them.
Can I cancel my airport transfer?
Cancellation more than 24 hours before your pickup time is free. Within 24 hours of pickup the booking is charged in full. A refund-processing fee charged by the payment provider may be deducted from a refund.
